For professional buyers
Everything you need before you enquire
These answers cover the most common questions from clinics, distributors and procurement teams. Pricing is always by quote — there is no public price and no checkout.
Who can buy from MAID Medicals?
Supply is for qualified professional buyers only — clinics, physicians, licensed practitioners, distributors, training academies, procurement teams and overseas buyers. Buyer eligibility is confirmed before any quote is issued. Products are not for consumer self-use.
How is pricing handled, and do you list public prices?
Pricing is quote-based. Because availability, volume, documentation and destination affect cost, we provide a formal quote on enquiry rather than fixed public prices. There is no open checkout or public cart anywhere on this site.
What does the procurement process look like?
Enquiry → buyer qualification → quote → documentation review → approval and private invoice → fulfilment. You stay in control at each step and approve the quote before any invoice is issued.
Do products come with regulatory documentation?
Product documentation varies by product and by destination market. Many products in the portfolio may be FDA-approved, CE-marked, or supported by manufacturer documentation where applicable; documentation is confirmed per product, batch and destination market during quotation. We do not claim that all products are FDA-approved or CE-marked, and we make no blanket regulatory claims — applicable documentation is reviewed per order against the buyer’s jurisdiction.
Which regions do you supply, and how do shipping and export work?
We support clinics, distributors and procurement teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, including Southeast Asia. Procurement is export-oriented, and destination-specific requirements and documentation are confirmed before supply is arranged. Routing options are confirmed per order during quotation.
Do you handle enquiries from Vietnam, Thailand and Southeast Asia?
Yes. Professional enquiries from clinics, distributors and procurement teams across Southeast Asia — including Vietnam and Thailand — are welcome. Each enquiry is reviewed by buyer type, destination market, product documentation and quotation requirements. This does not imply guaranteed availability for any product or market, or regulatory clearance or import approval in any destination; applicable documentation is reviewed per product, batch and destination during quotation.
Do you offer freeport storage or export handling?
Export-oriented procurement is our standard model, and freeport storage capability is available on request rather than applied to every order. Where you need it, raise it in your enquiry and we will confirm the approach within the quote. This is offered as a capability, not as universal routing for all shipments.
How is cold-chain handling managed?
Temperature-controlled cold-chain coordination is arranged where product requirements demand it. The handling approach is confirmed as part of the quote, based on the products and destination involved.
Which brands are available?
The portfolio spans botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, skinboosters, IV and wellness injectables, hair-restoration tooling, injectors and consumables. Dedicated supplier pages exist for brands such as Dysport, Nabota, Refinex and the Elasty dermal filler line. Brand availability is identification-only here and is confirmed during quotation; brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Can you set up recurring or standing orders for distributors and clinics?
Yes. Distributors and clinics can arrange volume supply and standing orders for consumables and routine supplies. Raise it in your enquiry and we will structure recurring supply within the quote process, with onward documentation support for distributors where applicable.
Is there a professional education pathway or academy?
A professional education pathway is in development under the Mediterranean College of Medical Aesthetics and Surgery, focused on the practical skills behind the products MAID supplies. Course details, dates and any formal recognition are being finalised. We do not issue or imply certifications that are not yet confirmed.
How do I submit an enquiry, and how quickly will I hear back?
Enquiries are submitted through our secure quotation request form. Share your product interest, quantities, buyer type and destination country. Enquiries are acknowledged within one business day, with availability and lead time confirmed in your quote.
Can consumers or patients buy products for self-use?
No. Products are supplied for qualified professional procurement only and are not for consumer or patient self-use. Clinical decisions and administration remain with qualified practitioners.
Is the information on this site medical advice?
No. This site is informational and for professional procurement only. It does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis, and makes no claim about clinical outcomes. Clinical decisions remain with the qualified practitioner.
