Website terms & supply notice

General website terms governing use of this catalogue and the B2B enquiry process.

These are general website terms only. They describe how this catalogue and enquiry process are intended to work. They are not a substitute for a formal supply agreement and are subject to formal legal review. Specific contractual terms, governing law and jurisdiction are set out in the individual quote and supply agreement issued for each order.

1. Professional, B2B use only

This website and catalogue are intended for qualified professional buyers — including medical and aesthetic clinics, licensed practitioners, distributors, procurement teams and overseas buyers. Products are not offered for consumer self-use. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity and that you are eligible to purchase the products you are enquiring about.

2. Informational catalogue — no medical advice

Product descriptions are provided for procurement and information purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment guidance, and make no claim regarding clinical outcomes. Clinical decisions, suitability and use of any product remain the responsibility of the qualified practitioner. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a substitute for professional clinical judgement.

3. Quote-based procurement — no open checkout

This site does not operate a public checkout, shopping cart or payment page. Pricing is provided by enquiry. Orders proceed through a defined process: enquiry, buyer qualification, formal quote, approval, private invoice and payment link, and fulfilment. No supply is arranged until a quote has been approved and the applicable documentation confirmed.

4. Availability & documentation

Product availability, specifications, brand options and accompanying documentation vary by product and by destination market. Products may be supported by manufacturer documentation, and where applicable FDA-approval or CE-marking, confirmed per product, batch and destination market during quotation. We do not claim that all products are FDA-approved or CE-marked and do not make blanket regulatory representations across the catalogue; applicable documentation is confirmed during quotation, reviewed on a case-by-case basis and verified per order against the buyer’s jurisdiction. Where regulatory or import requirements apply in the buyer’s country, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are met, with support provided as part of the quotation process.

5. International & export enquiries

Export and overseas enquiries are supported. Procurement is export-oriented, with freeport storage capability available on request; storage and routing options are confirmed per order during quotation rather than applied to every order by default. Destination-specific requirements, documentation and lead times are confirmed before supply is arranged. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the laws and import requirements applicable in their own jurisdiction.

6. Eligibility & right to decline

We reserve the right to request verification of professional status and to decline or discontinue supply where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where supply would be inappropriate. Buyer qualification is completed before any quote is issued.

7. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep catalogue information accurate and current, but descriptions are indicative and may change. Binding details — including price, specification, availability and documentation — are those set out in the formal quote for a given order.

8. Intellectual property

Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced in the catalogue remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

9. Enquiries & contact

All enquiries are handled through our secure enquiry form. To start an enquiry, request a quote or ask a question about supply, please use the form below. Response and processing expectations are described on our homepage and confirmed within each quote.

10. Changes to these terms

These general website terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Formal contractual terms applicable to a specific order are those issued with the relevant quote and supply agreement.

This document is provided as a general website notice and is subject to formal legal review. It does not establish a jurisdiction, contractual relationship or contact obligation beyond what is set out in an individual quote and supply agreement.
