3. Quote-based procurement — no open checkout
This site does not operate a public checkout, shopping cart or payment page. Pricing is provided by enquiry. Orders proceed through a defined process: enquiry, buyer qualification, formal quote, approval, private invoice and payment link, and fulfilment. No supply is arranged until a quote has been approved and the applicable documentation confirmed.
4. Availability & documentation

Products may be supported by manufacturer documentation, and where applicable FDA-approval or CE-marking, confirmed per product, batch and destination market during quotation. 6. Eligibility & right to decline
